Privacy Policy

VASP Digital Inc operating as VASP Digital ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through vaspdigital.ca and our services, how we use it, and your choices. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information we collect

Contact and enquiry forms: name, email, phone, business name, website and your message.
Orders and checkout: your name, email, business details, the packages you buy and your billing address. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
Client accounts and work: access and information you share with us so we can deliver your services (for example analytics, Google Business Profile or ad account data).
Website usage: We don't currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them, we'll update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it. The site sets only a few small cookies or browser-storage items needed for how the site works (see Cookie Policy). Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and operation.

How we use it

To reply to enquiries and give quotes
To process orders, take payment, send receipts and manage subscriptions
To deliver and report on the services you buy
To improve our website and services
To send marketing emails, only where you have given consent (you can unsubscribe at any time, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, CASL)

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed:

Stripe — payment processing and tax calculation
Supabase — website database and file storage
Hostinger — website hosting
Resend — sending emails

Some pages show an embedded Google Map. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.

Some of these providers may store information outside Canada (for example in the United States), where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for up to 24 months, and order and billing records for as long as required by Canadian tax law (generally 6 years). Client project information is kept for the length of our relationship plus 12 months, unless you ask us to delete it sooner where the law allows.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to marketing, by emailing hi@vaspdigital.ca. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards (encrypted connections, access controls, reputable providers) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Cookies

We don't currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them, we'll update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it. The site uses only a small number of cookies and browser-storage items for site functionality and checkout. You can control cookies in your browser settings. See our Cookie Policy.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows when it last changed.
