Problem
What mobile apps solve for your business
Relying solely on desktop portals reduces user engagement. Dedicated mobile apps keep you connected to your clients through push alerts, rapid UI speeds, and offline capabilities.
You lack a mobile interface
Your competitors engage buyers through dedicated apps. You rely on browser portals, missing out on push notifications and direct home screen access.
Your existing workflows are paper-heavy
Your field agents and staff rely on manually logged paperwork. A custom app replaces paper processes and reduces admin overhead.
Your responsive site isn't enough
Customers need faster, offline-capable mobile workflows. Native mobile apps can make transactions quicker and help bring customers back.

What's included in our mobile services
We handle discovery, UI/UX design, app coding, APIs integration, store submission, and post-launch updates.
iOS App Development
Native apps built with Swift/Xcode, written to follow Apple’s guidelines.
We build native iOS apps with Swift and Xcode, written to follow Apple’s guidelines. We also manage the App Store submission, including metadata, visual assets and review.
Android App Development
Native apps built with Kotlin/Java, set up for Google Play.
We build native Android apps with Kotlin and Android Studio, optimized for Google Play. We also manage the Google Play submission, including metadata, visual assets and review.
Cross-Platform Apps
React Native & Flutter implementations sharing one codebase for both platforms.
React Native and Flutter let one codebase run on both iOS and Android, covering both stores from a single build. Native apps are written separately for each platform and give maximum speed.
Custom Mobile Apps
Tailored database apps built around specific corporate operational workflows.
These are apps built around how your business already works, such as replacing paper processes for field agents and staff. They are designed around your workflow rather than a generic template.
UI/UX Design for Mobile
Wireframing, clickable high-fidelity prototypes, and user experience testing.
App Integration Services
Connecting payment gateways, CRMs, Firebase services, and REST APIs.
We connect your app to the tools you already use, including payment gateways, CRMs, Firebase services and REST APIs. Integrations are built during the coding sprints alongside the app interface.
App Maintenance & SLA
Security checkups, OS updates, system monitoring, and ongoing support.
After launch we cover system monitoring, iOS and Android compatibility updates, bug patches and minor feature updates. This is delivered as an ongoing maintenance retainer.
MVP Development
Accelerating startup paths by launching core features to market quickly.
An MVP launches only the core features, so you reach the market quickly and learn from real users. Timelines depend on scope; we give you a dated plan after discovery.
Our 7-Step Mobile Process
We guide your application systematically from strategy definition to publishing on active stores.
Discovery & Strategy
Defining target audience personas, technology stack, and core goals.
Planning & Scope
Drafting backlog priorities, timeline blocks, and sprint frameworks.

Native or cross-platform: choosing the right approach

Native iOS and Android
Native apps are written separately for each platform: Swift for iOS, Kotlin for Android. They get full access to device features such as the camera, GPS, Bluetooth, health data and background tasks, and they feel exactly like other apps on the phone. The trade-off is two codebases to build and maintain. Native is usually the right choice when performance or deep device access matters, or when most of your users are on one platform.

Cross-platform with React Native or Flutter
Cross-platform frameworks let one codebase run on both iOS and Android. That usually means a faster build and simpler updates, because a fix is made once and released to both stores. Most business apps, such as booking, ordering, loyalty and field-service tools, work well this way. Where a feature needs native code, we add it for that platform only.

A web app or a better mobile site
Sometimes the honest answer is that you don't need an app yet. If your customers only use it once or twice, a fast mobile website or web app may do the job for less. We'll tell you during the free app idea review. See our web design and development service.
What we connect your app to
An app is rarely on its own. It needs to talk to the systems you already run.
Payments
Payments and in-app purchases through Apple and Google, set up to follow each store's payment rules.
CRM and ERP systems
Customer records, orders and job data synced with the tools your team already uses, so nothing is entered twice.
Firebase and AWS
Logins, databases, file storage, analytics and push notifications using Google Firebase or Amazon Web Services.
REST APIs and your website
Your app can share data with your website, booking system or online store through APIs, so both stay in sync.
Maps and location
Store locators, service-area checks, live job tracking and directions using map services.
Push notifications
Appointment reminders, order updates and offers sent straight to your customers' lock screens, with opt-in handled properly.
Mobile app development in London, Ontario: what to plan for
A few things worth knowing before you build. We walk you through each one during Discovery & Prototype.
- Store developer accounts. Apple and Google each charge a developer account fee. We recommend the accounts are registered in your business's name, so you always control your listings.
- Store review. Apple reviews every app and update against its App Review Guidelines before release. Google Play has its own policy checks. We plan time for review in the schedule.
- Privacy. Both stores require a privacy policy and a description of the data your app collects. If you're in Canada, your app also needs to follow Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) when it handles personal information.
- Version one, not everything. Launching with core features first lets you learn from real users before spending on extras.
- Content and accounts. Screenshots, store descriptions, app icons and test logins all need to be ready before submission.
- Ongoing updates. Apple and Google release new operating system versions every year. Apps need updates to keep working and stay in the stores.

We're based at 777 Apricot Dr in London, Ontario, and have worked with businesses across Southwestern Ontario and the GTA since 2019. Being local means you can meet the people building your app, and we can sit down with your staff to see how work really gets done before we design anything.
Your app doesn't have to stand alone either. The same team can build the website it connects to, set up local SEO so people find you, and run paid ads to drive downloads. Fewer handoffs means fewer gaps.
